De allí iremos hasta la Facultad de Agronomía, uno de los espacios verdes más importantes de la ciudad y que servirá de marco para explicar el modelo Agroexportador argentino que produjo un gran boom económico y demográfico en el siglo XX y repasar la actualidad de la educación pública argentina.

A pocos metros de allí, está el pintoresco Barrio Cortázar, dónde vivió el gran escritor argentino.

Después, visitaremos el laberíntico barrio de Parque Chas, con sus calles circulares y casas bajas tan típicas de los barrios de clase media que fueron adquiriendo los trabajadores en la etapa de industrialización del país.
